Step cooking
- Grate the chocolate on a fine grater. Cut the lemon into slices.
- Boil water, allow to cool to 80 degrees. Make espresso. To do this, brew 7 - 11 g of ground coffee using an espresso machine. You should get 30 ml of ready-made espresso.
- Pour 200 ml of water cooled down to 80 degrees into the pitcher, add 15 ml of chocolate syrup and 30 ml of espresso. To mix everything.
- Pour the finished drink into the dishes for serving, as a rule, take a transparent glass with a capacity of 250 ml. 1 slice of lemon must be put in the drink itself, and a second serving glass.
- Sprinkle with grated chocolate on top.

- It is advisable to make espresso in an espresso machine, but if there is none, you can get by with a Turk, a French press, or a geyser coffee machine. The main condition is that the finished espresso must have a rich coffee flavor.
