Step cooking
We suggest you prepare a delicious, delicate and unusual cranberry mousse for the holiday table according to a step-by-step recipe with a photo:
- First you need to rinse the cranberries well and let them dry. You can also use frozen berries, having previously thawed them before cooking. Then rub the cranberries through a regular sieve with a spoon or spatula.
- Set the resulting mashed potatoes aside. The remaining pomace is shifted into a saucepan, pour hot water and boil over low heat for 5-8 minutes.
- Filter the broth through a sieve, add sugar, mix. Put it on the fire again and bring to a boil.
- Now add the gelatin. It is advisable to use one that does not need to be pre-soaked. But, you can use the one that is available to you. The main condition is to stir the gelatin until completely dissolved.
- We cool the resulting liquid to a temperature of 35 degrees and beat in a lush mass using a mixer.
- We put it in tins, cups or cups and put in the refrigerator for solidification for 3-4 hours.
- Before serving, lower the molds with mousse into warm water for a few seconds. We spread the mousse on the plates. We serve plates for serving on the table with mint leaves or cranberry puree; they can be sprinkled with mousse on top. This dish is very good to serve with a glass of cold milk as a tasty and healthy dessert.
Enjoy your meal!
