Ingredients
- Eggs - 5 pcs.
- Sugar - 2 cups
- Sour cream - ¾ cup
- Oil - 250 g
- Flour - 2 cups
- Cocoa - 3 tbsp. l
- Soda - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- Take a deep container and beat 5 eggs in it. Beat the eggs with a mixer in a thick foam.
- Next, add 250 g of soft butter to the eggs. Beat everything until smooth.
- Add ¾ cup sour cream to the composition and whisk everything.
- Without turning off the mixer, gradually add 2 cups of sugar to the composition.
- Then add 1 cup of flour to the composition and knead everything.
- Having achieved uniformity, add to the composition of pre-mixed 1 tbsp. l vinegar and 1 tsp. soda. Mix everything and sprinkle the rest of the flour.
- In a separate deep container through a sieve, pass 3 tbsp. l cocoa.
- Add half of the previously prepared dough to cocoa and mix well.
- Take a baking dish and grease it with oil. Next, one ladle, alternately load the black and white dough. Put the dough in the middle.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put the cake in the hot oven for 15-20 minutes, and then reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and bake it for another 20-30 minutes.
- While the cake is baking, glaze it. In a water bath in one container, mix 3-4 tbsp. l cocoa, 3 tbsp. l milk and 3 tbsp. l Sahara.
- In an almost finished glaze, add 10 g of butter. Wait until the oil has completely dissolved in the glaze, and remove the composition from the water bath.
- Decorate the cooled cake with icing and serve it to the table.
