Step cooking
Cooking dough
- Spread 100 g of honey and 100 g of butter in a saucepan, melt over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Add 1.5 tsp to the honey-oil mixture. soda, cook, without stopping stirring, until caramel color.
- Remove from heat, pour into a glass bowl and let cool.
- In another bowl, beat 2 eggs, add 100 g of sugar, continue to beat until smooth.
- Pour the eggs with sugar into the cooled honey-oil mixture, mix well.
- Add 0.5 kg of flour in small portions, stir constantly.
- After the dough is difficult to mix with a spoon, we proceed to knead the dough with your hands. At the same time, sprinkle the table with flour and lay out the dough. It should turn out soft, slightly stick to your hands.
- Roll out the dough with a sausage and divide it into equal parts (8-10). The more parts there are, the more cakes and, accordingly, they will be thinner.
- We roll each part into a ball, put on a plate and put in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
Baking preparation
- We take out the dough from the refrigerator, knead each ball in our hands, then roll out a rolling pin into thin crust on parchment paper.
- To make the cakes of the same diameter, take a plate, put on a rolled cake and cut with a knife.
- We prick the cake with a fork in different places so that the dough does not swell.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake until tender (2-3 minutes for each cake).
- From the baked scraps of dough, you can make an additional cake, or use a blender to grind it into crumbs and sprinkle with them the top finished cake and sides of the cake.
Cooking cream
- In a bowl, mix 0.5 cans of whole condensed milk and 0.5 cans of boiled condensed milk until a uniform color.
- Beat 200 g of soft butter with a blender until a lush white mass.
- We add condensed milk to the butter in small portions, constantly whipping.
If you overdo it with condensed milk, the cream may delaminate, so it is recommended to add it in small portions. - The cream is tasty, delicate and airy.
Making a cake
- Distribute the finished cream evenly over the cakes. Leave a little cream to smear the surface and sides of the cake.
- We spread the cakes on top of each other, alternating with cream.
- Coat the cream with the surface and sides of the cake.
- Sprinkle with crushed crumbs and decorate the top cake and sides of the cake, slightly pressing it with your hand or spatula. We leave the finished cake for 2 hours on the table so that it is well soaked in cream, and then you can put it in the refrigerator. Although the cake is prepared in a matter of minutes, it takes at least 12 hours to fully soak.
