The cooking process itself is completely uncomplicated, although quite long because of the need to wait for some products to cool.

Step cooking
Prepare the dough
- Pour 500 g of wheat flour, 100 g of granulated sugar, a teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt and soda into a deep bowl. Mix all dry ingredients.
- Add 100 g of cold butter there, after cutting it into pieces. Mix dry ingredients with butter until crumbly.
- Make a small deepening in the center of the bowl in the resulting mass, break there 2 small or 1 large chicken egg, and add about 100 g of sour cream.
- Quickly knead soft dough. In this case, it is not necessary to mix all the components for a long time so that the dough does not drag out and does not turn out tough. The main thing is to achieve uniformity in the test. You may need a little more or a little less sour cream, depending on the consistency achieved.
- Divide the dough into 4-6 parts, send it to cool for an hour in the refrigerator, and then into the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
- Each part of the chilled dough must be grated and evenly distributed over the baking sheet, pre-coated with parchment or a silicone mat.
- Bake in the oven, heated to 200 ° Celsius, until golden brown - about 5-10 minutes.
- All the ready-made “crusts” are finely chopped, but so that there are pieces and more and less.
Do the fill
- If you have regular condensed milk, you need to pour a can of completely cold water and cook over low heat for about 3 hours. It is important to ensure that the water does not boil away, and the jar is covered all the time. If you are using boiled condensed milk, just warm it a little to a more liquid state.
- Put 80 g of soft butter in a small bowl and pour in a jar of boiled condensed milk. Stir, achieving a homogeneous mass.
Optionally, add 2 tablespoons of honey. But you can use the cream without it.
We make a cake
- Pour the prepared crumbs with liquid cream from condensed milk, mix thoroughly.
- Put the whole mass on a serving plate in the form of a slide, and then give the shape of an anthill with your hands. You can wear a disposable bag or gloves to prevent getting dirty.
- Sprinkle on top with 1-2 tablespoons of dry poppy seeds. So that it sticks better, it is recommended to pour the top with liquid honey. Leave the finished anthill at room temperature for 2 hours, then put in the refrigerator until completely solidified.
Our delicious cake was saturated, it turned out to be very beautiful at the cut, and its structure is perfectly crumbly and tender.Of course, the anthill is quite sweet in taste, but that is how it should be.
Alternatively, crushed nuts and poppy seeds are added to crumbled dough. It is usually adorned according to a single scenario, which was presented above. Its original appearance is really similar to a real anthill, so the cake will certainly cause great interest among the smallest members of the family.
