Step cooking

- Break 6 chicken eggs into a deep bowl, add 1.5 cups of granulated sugar to them and beat with a whisk until a white mass is obtained.
- Pour 2 cups of flour into a separate bowl, add soda to it (1 tsp. Without a slide), mix well, pour into a sugar-egg mass and knead the dough. By consistency, it should resemble thick sour cream.
- Using a silicone brush, grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil (1 tsp), form small cakes on it (one cake takes about half a tablespoon of dough) and send to bake in the oven, heated to 180-190 ° C until golden brown. Between each cake you need to leave free space, because during baking they fit and increase in size. After the base is prepared, you can start cooking sour cream.
- In another deep bowl, put 500 g of sour cream, 1 cup of sugar and beat these products until smooth.
- Now you need to form a cake. To do this, you need a large dish or tray. Each cake must be dipped in a sour cream and sugar mixture and lay out the cake in the form of a turtle. Put the rest of sour cream on top for better impregnation. After this, you can begin to prepare the glaze.
- Pour 1 cup of sugar, cocoa powder (4 tsp. With a hill), milk (3-4 tbsp.) And 50 g of butter into a stewpan. Mix everything well, put on a small fire and boil a little. Ready glaze should stretch slightly.
- Decorate the cake with icing on top and leave it to brew for at least 2 hours. As soon as the dessert is infused, you can start drinking tea.
