Ingredients
T-bone beef | 500 g |

Step cooking
Cook broth
- Wash half a kilogram of beef, put in a pan and pour water to the top. Add 2-3 bay leaves and bring to a boil.
- As soon as the water boils, it is necessary to remove the resulting foam. Cook over low heat for about two hours.
We prepare products
- Rinse with 100 g of rice. Wash one bell pepper, remove the stalk with seeds and cut into small cubes.
- Make a mixture of nuts and garlic. To do this, grind 100 g of peeled walnuts in a coffee grinder, and crush 4 garlic cloves in a mortar. After mixing both ingredients together.
Cooking soup
- Strain the finished broth through a fine sieve.
- Cut the cooled meat into small portions. If the meat was on the bone, then it must be removed.
- Return the beef to the broth and bring to a boil again.
- Add washed rice to the broth.
- Then immediately add chopped bell peppers.
- To fry, chop the onion finely and pour it into a hot pan, after pouring vegetable oil into it. Fry the onion until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- Add tomato paste and previously cooked garlic-nut mixture to the pan, mix thoroughly with onions.
- Stew for 3 minutes, then put the entire contents of the pan into the pan.
- Add 3 tablespoons of tkemali sauce to the soup, pour half a teaspoon of ground red pepper and 1 tbsp. l condiments hops-suneli.
- Add a small bunch of crushed cilantro and about 1 teaspoon of salt - taste it. Mix everything and boil under a closed lid for 3-5 minutes.
- Our dish is ready! Before serving, the soup must be infused for 10-15 minutes. Thus, it is finally saturated with the aromas of all spices and will be incredibly tasty. Spicy, hearty and tasty kharcho soup can be additionally decorated with herbs, it is recommended to serve with sour cream, black bread and garlic.
