Step cooking
- Soak onions and garlic in water.
- Drive the egg into a bowl. Add salt and half a glass of water.
- Beat everything with a fork. Pour the flour in parts.
- Mix and start kneading the dough with your hands on the work surface.
- Wrap the dough in a film and leave for 30-40 minutes in a warm place.
- Peel onions, garlic and potatoes. We clean the radish and bell pepper.
- Cut the pepper into half rings.
- Cut the fat tail into large strips.
- We take a large pan, turn on the heat and heat the fat.
- Cut the beef into pieces. We put another pot and pour water.
- Peel the carrots and cut into strips.
- We get the greaves from the pan.
- Immediately put the beef in a pan with liquid from fat.
- Chop onion and garlic.
- Cut the radish and potatoes into strips.
- Add onion with garlic to the meat. Mix.
- Add the zira and mix. Add black pepper and red pepper. Mix well.
- Chop Chinese cabbage.
- Add the carrots to the beef, mix and immediately add the pepper.
- Then add the potatoes and mix everything.
- Add the radish.
- We take the dough, put it on the work surface. We roll the dough into a cake and start rolling it with a rolling pin.
- Pour water into the pan to the meat and vegetables. Reduce the fire and put out everything under the lid.
- Pour vegetable oil onto the dough. Lubricate on both sides.
- Turn the dough into a sausage. We cut into small half rings and so we get noodles.
- We throw noodles into boiling water, cook until half ready.
- Rinse in a sieve under cold water so that it stops cooking. Cook the noodles in several passes if there are too many of them.
- Add oil to the finished noodles, mix so that it does not stick together.
- All the time we check meat and vegetables for readiness. Add cabbage, mix.
- Cut the tomatoes and add to the remaining vegetables and meat.
- Cut the cilantro.
- Put noodles on a plate. We spread the sauce with meat and vegetables on top.
- Sprinkle with cilantro on top. Done!
