Step cooking
- Take a pan with a thick bottom and mix all the dry ingredients in it. We will need 30 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder, 3 tablespoons of corn starch and 130 grams of sugar. If you do not have corn starch, then take ordinary potato in a smaller volume, but still corn starch is considered the most suitable for making puddings.
- Next, take 600 milliliters of soy milk and gradually add it to the pan, while stirring everything with a whisk to avoid lumps. You can use ordinary cow's milk if soya cannot be found on store shelves.
- We put the mixture to heat in a saucepan on a gas or electric stove over medium heat. It is necessary to bring it to a boil. To mix evenly, stir with a whisk.
- When the mixture is brought to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and continue to cook until thickened. It is very important to continuously mix the pudding with a whisk.
- Remove the thickened pudding from the heat and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to it, mix well. If you don’t have vanilla extract on hand, add regular vanilla sugar or vanillin instead, this will not spoil the taste of the future dessert. Pour the finished pudding in a dish that is convenient for you and let it cool at room temperature.
- Next, cover the dishes with pudding with cling film and send to the refrigerator for 2 hours. We take out the frozen puddings from the refrigerator, remove the cling film and begin to decorate.
- In our recipe, preference was given to whipped cream, chocolate syrup and fresh berries. You can decorate as you like. Puddings are ready, you can serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!

- Many housewives use yolks, sugar, starch, and even gelatin to make puddings.
- Instant chocolate can be added to chocolate pudding, this will make its taste and aroma more unique.
