Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 200 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Butter - 80 g
- Milk - 150 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Baking powder - 2 tsp.
- Lemon zest - 1 pc.
- Nuts to taste
- Cocoa - 30 g
Step cooking
- Break the egg into a bowl, add sugar and mix.
- Pour in milk or kefir. Add melted butter (cooled). Mix, but do not whisk.
- Add the baking powder, a pinch of salt and a little lemon zest to the flour. Mix well.
- We introduce the flour in parts. Mix.
- Add any additives to taste, for example, nuts. To make chocolate dough, add 30 grams of sifted cocoa to the dough, instead of 30 grams of flour. Mix.
- Cover the form with paper muffins.
- We spread the dough on two-thirds of the total volume of the form.
- We send to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Leave to cool and done!
Cooking variations
These muffins are very tasty and tender. You can safely cook them, even if you have never made cupcakes on your own. This recipe can be modified and supplemented. For example, muffins can be prepared not on milk, but on kefir, and butter can be replaced with vegetable, but odorless! As additives, you can use not only nuts, but also dried fruits, candied fruits, chocolate or even berries (fresh or dried).
Muffins can be decorated with different powders on top, for example, coconut, powdered sugar, chocolate chips and so on. You can make any persistent cream and decorate the cupcakes with cream. You can decorate cupcakes with whipped cream or condensed milk. Serve the muffins for tea, coffee, milk or kefir. You can also serve muffins with drinking yogurt. Try to cook them for yourself, your family or children - the result will definitely please you!
