Step cooking
- To prepare a classic cake, you need 200 g of softened butter. Therefore, it should be taken out of the refrigerator an hour before cooking, so that it melts a little at room temperature. If there is no time, then put it for a few seconds in a microwave oven or in a glass of warm water, without taking out of the package.
- We put the soft butter in a deep bowl and add 200 g of powdered sugar. You can also use sugar, but then you need to beat the ingredients longer and make sure that there are no sugar grains in the mass. Beat the ingredients with a mixer or a food processor.
- After several minutes of whipping the butter and sugar, a lush mass should be obtained, into which we add 2 tsp. vanilla sugar. We continue to actively whisk.
- Alternately, we drive 3 eggs into the resulting mass. First add 1 egg and stir everything, then all remaining.
- Put 150 g of raisins in a separate bowl. We boil about 300-400 ml of water in a teapot and pour raisins over with boiling water. This is required in order to make it softer. We drain the water through a sieve, transfer the raisins to a paper towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
- Add raisins to the resulting dough and mix everything thoroughly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle the dough with a pinch of salt. Add 260 g sifted flour. It is recommended to add it in parts, periodically mixing the dough.
- Add 1 tsp to the dough. baking powder and mix again. The dough turns out liquid, and it can not be interfered with your hands.
- Lubricate the rectangular baking dish with a small amount of butter. For baking a cupcake, you can take one large form or several small ones. To prevent the dough from sticking, lightly sprinkle flour on top of the butter. Pour it is required not only to the bottom, but also on the sides of the form.
- We spread the dough into the form, evenly distributing it with a spatula. In the middle of the test we make a shallow incision with a spatula dipped in water.
- Bake a cupcake in a preheated oven to 160 degrees. The cake is baked exactly 1 hour. After an hour, pierce the cupcake with a toothpick. If it is dry, then the baking is ready. Turn off the oven and leave the cake in it to cool, so that it is easier to get out of shape.
- We shift the finished cupcake to a beautiful dish, sprinkling on top a small amount of sifted powdered sugar. We serve guests tea or coffee.
