Step cooking
- Carefully chop a half of onion and one clove of garlic with a sharp knife.
- Very finely chop one small bunch of fresh parsley, and preferably cilantro.
- We mix the chopped greens, onions and garlic and once again everything is very finely chopped.
- We cut in half one ripe avocado fruit and extract a bone from it.
- Carefully select the fruit pulp with a regular spoon and put it in a convenient bowl.
- Then, without delay, pour the avocado with the juice of the squeezed half of lime or lemon and knead the fork thoroughly in mashed potatoes.
- Add chopped greens, onions, garlic to the resulting slurry and mix thoroughly the whole mass.
- Cut into small pieces one meaty tomato, if necessary, freeing it from a dense peel and seeds.
- Add it to the resulting mixture, salt, pepper to taste and mix everything well.
- Serve Mexican sauce immediately after its preparation with crackers, crackers, tortilla or similar pastries.
