Step cooking
- To prepare crackers, cut bread into thin slices, before peeling it from the crust. Cut the slices into small cubes and pour them on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 180º, put the baked bread for 5 - 7 minutes until golden brown.
- To prepare the bread that will be used in minced meat, repeat the manipulations made earlier - peel and cut the bread into thin slices. Pour the crushed bread into the bowl and pour milk for 15 - 20 minutes.
Important!In this recipe, two parts of the chicken are used - chicken legs and fillets, to give mince to juiciness. If you use only the loin, there is a risk that the cutlets get dry. - Remove the skin from the legs and separate the meat from the bone. Using a meat grinder, twist the separated leg meat and fillet to the state of mincemeat.
- Squeeze previously soaked bread thoroughly from milk and pass it through a meat grinder.
- Combine the minced meat, bread, and soft butter (room temperature) in one bowl. Add 1 - 2 tbsp. l salt and mix thoroughly until smooth.
Did you know? For easy minced meat patties, wet your hands with clean water. - Form cutlets in a form convenient for you, bread in breadcrumbs.
- Heat the pan on the stove, covering the bottom of the pan with vegetable oil so that it is completely filled. Fry the patties for 1 minute on each side.
- Next, transfer the lightly fried cutlets into the container and send to the oven preheated to 180º for baking for 30 minutes.
