Step cooking
- Pour 100 g of semolina into a small bowl.
- In the same bowl we pour 100 ml of milk. Mix the milk with semolina thoroughly with a spoon and leave the bowl to the side.
- We take 4 chicken eggs and separate the yolks from the proteins.
- Proteins are placed in a deep container and beat with a mixer until a white lush mass is formed. Then we add 150 g of sugar to the whipped proteins and continue to beat the contents of the container with a mixer until white stable peaks form.
- In another deep container we place 700 g of cottage cheese. Add to it the yolks from chicken eggs, swollen semolina with milk and 100 g of sour cream.
- Beat the curd with a blender to a creamy state.
- Then add whipped proteins with sugar to it. Mix everything together.
- Lightly grease the baking dish with soft butter. We spread the curd dough in the form. We put the form in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes (the casserole should be well browned).
- After a specified period of time, we take out the casserole from the oven, let it cool slightly, and then remove it from the mold. Cut the casserole into portioned pieces and proceed to the meal. Enjoy your meal!
Decoration and serving
You can additionally decorate such a cottage cheese casserole, sprinkled with powdered sugar, orange zest, chopped walnuts, fresh berries, etc. It can also be carefully poured with melted chocolate, caramel syrup or jam. For a change in the dough of such a casserole, you can add raisins, dried apricots, prunes, etc.
