Step cooking
- We prepare all the ingredients. First, cut the vegetables: cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes. Shred well. We cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into halves, but not very finely so that the vegetables are felt in the shawarma.
- Next, prepare the meat. We wash it and cut it into thin slices enough to fry it more quickly.
- We heat the pan and pour the oil there. We warm it up well. We spread the chicken breast in a pan and fry on both sides. We make sure that the meat does not dry out.
- When the chicken is ready, remove it from the pan and let it cool. When it cools, we begin to cut it into small pieces.
- Now make the sauce. To do this, crush the garlic and finely chop it. You can also skip the garlic through a press.
- Put the garlic in a blender bowl or any other deep container. We break one egg there, add salt to taste and lemon juice (it is not necessary to add it). Also add 250-300 milliliters of vegetable oil.
- We make the sauce using special technology. Lower the blender into the container, and until the sauce is ready, do not raise the blender up.
- When the sauce is ready, it can be cooled for 10-15 minutes in the refrigerator. Now prepare the pita bread. We spread all the ingredients, pita bread and sauce. Lubricate each sheet of pita bread with sauce and begin to collect shawarma. First we put the vegetables in a small amount, then the chicken, and on top a little more sauce.
- We collect the shawarma tightly so that it does not fall apart. We heat the pan and grease it with oil. You can also fry without oil. We spread the shawarma in a pan and fry on all sides until golden brown.
