- Sift 2 cups flour into a bowl, add 0.5 tsp. salt, mix. Pour the yeast diluted in water into the flour, mix well with a spoon.
- We spread it on a floured surface (table, cutting board, silicone mat) and knead the dough with your hands for 5-10 minutes, until it becomes quite dense.
- In a deep container, pour 1 tbsp. l olive oil and grease the dough well. Cover (with a lid or a towel), leave warm for 1-1.5 hours, so that the dough comes up.
Sauce
- Finely chop a small onion and 2 cloves of garlic. Pour 1-2 tbsp into the pan. l olive oil, heat and fry onion and garlic for 3-5 minutes.
- We spread the tomato paste in the pan, mix and lightly fry for 2-3 minutes. over low heat.
- Without removing from the heat, gradually add hot water until we get a thick tomato sauce.
- Put 2-3 bay leaves; dried basil, oregano, salt and pepper - to taste. So that the sauce is not too acidic, you can put 1-1.5 tbsp. l Sahara. Mix well and cook under the lid over low heat for about 20 minutes.
Pizza making
- Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Squeeze the dough slightly, divide it into two parts, take one part to work, and put off the second part for now - we’ll prepare a second pizza from it according to the same recipe or your choice. Since we dipped it well in olive oil, it is not necessary to sprinkle the work surface with flour.
- You can form a pizza cake with a rolling pin or with your hands, carefully kneading and stretching the dough. The result should be a layer of dough about 5 mm high, a little more thickened at the edges.
- Sprinkle a baking sheet or baking dish with flour or line it with parchment, transfer the base for pizza and set aside while preparing the filling.
- Parmesan (50-100 g) is rubbed on a coarse grater.
- Finely chop the mozzarella (100-150 g) into pieces or rub on a coarse grater.
- Sausage (you can take smoked, half-smoked, boiled, sausages, sausages - whatever you think is appropriate and tasty) - 150-200 g - we cut arbitrarily, but not too thick slices.
- We cut 2 cherry tomatoes into quarters.
- We send the baking sheet with the rolled dough into a very hot oven for 3-5 minutes. On a slightly cooled cake we pour 3-4 tbsp. l sauce, spread over the entire surface.
- We spread the filling: sausage, parmesan, mozzarella, slices of cherry tomatoes, sprinkle on top 1 tbsp. l olive oil.
- Sent in the oven for 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and begins to brown. We take out the prepared pizza from the oven, decorate with fresh herbs and serve it to the table.
