  2. Peel 4 medium-sized bulbs from the husks and cut thinly into half rings. Divide the head of garlic into slices and finely chop them into rings. Next, you need to remove the peel from two kilograms of tomato. In order to make it easier to do this, you need to make incisions crosswise with a knife on each tomato, and then pour the entire amount with boiling water. We also allow the option not to remove the skin, but in this case unpleasant pieces will fall into the lecho.

It should be noted that during the cooking process the vegetables will become softer and decrease in volume.
