Step cooking
- First, we are preparing dough for cupcakes. To do this, pour 110 grams of butter in a deep bowl, which should be at room temperature. Beat butter using a mixer. Add 150 g of sugar to whipped butter and beat well again.
- In a deep bowl, add 2 eggs and continue to beat until the dough becomes a homogeneous consistency. It is important to beat the ingredients until the sugar has completely dissolved. This usually takes at least 3 minutes.
- Using a sieve, sift 210-220 g of flour. Add also 1 tsp. baking powder, a pinch of salt, and vanilla on the tip of the knife. The latter can be replaced with 10-15 g of vanilla sugar or 1 tsp. vanilla extract. Beat all the ingredients until smooth.
- Pour 85 g of milk into the resulting cupcake dough, and mix well again. The finished dough should be sufficiently liquid, viscous and without lumps.
- In a cupcake baking dish, spread 1 tbsp in each cell. l test. We make 6 cakes, and set the remaining dough aside.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake dessert for 20 minutes. We take out the finished cakes from the oven and put them in a deep bowl, on the bottom of which you can lay a clean cotton cloth. Thoroughly grind the cakes with your hands.
- In chopped cakes add 1 tbsp. l the remaining test and 2 tbsp. l water. If necessary, you can still add a couple of tablespoons of water. We mix all the components. In the resulting mass, add a few drops of red food coloring. The more drops you add, the richer the color. Mix the products with your hands until a uniform dough color is obtained. The texture of the tinted dough should resemble plasticine or modeling mass.
- We form hearts from red dough using a special mold. The resulting hearts are carefully squeezed out of the mold so as not to violate their integrity.
- We proceed to the formation of cupcakes, laying out paper molds for baking in each cell. We spread in each form using a confectionery bag 1 tbsp. l test. In the middle of each form we put a heart, pouring the remaining dough on top. It should completely cover the heart.
- We put the form with cupcakes in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for half an hour. While preparing cupcakes, we are engaged in the preparation of cream. In a separate bowl, mix 125 cream cheese with 115 g of room temperature butter. Mix the ingredients with a mixer.Add 105 g of powdered sugar to the cream and mix. Then pour in 6 g of lemon juice and mix well again so that all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- Shift the homogeneous cream with a spatula in a pastry bag with any nozzle.
- We take the finished cupcakes out of the oven and decorate them with cream. On top of the cream, you can decorate with a heart-shaped pastry topping. Cutting the cupcake in half, you will see a hidden red heart.
