Ingredients
- Pork - 1 kg
- Soy sauce - 100-200 ml
- Starch - 4 pinches
- Bell pepper - 1 pc.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
- Ginger - 10 g
- Chili pepper - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Tomato paste - 2 tsp.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp. l
- Canned Pineapple - 50 g
- Sesame oil - 20 ml
Step cooking
- Cut the pork into small pieces and transfer to a deep bowl.
- Drizzle pork with soy sauce and sprinkle with starch. Mix everything thoroughly by driving starch into the meat tissue.
- Wash the bell peppers and cut them into small pieces.
- Peel and slice the onion obliquely.
- Coarsely chop the cilantro.
- Stir the pork.
- Peel 10 g of ginger root and cut it into small pieces.
- Peel 3 cloves of garlic and chop finely.
- Combine garlic with ginger and 1 finely chopped chili pepper.
- Take the stewpan and place it on the stove. Pour a large amount of oil into the stewpan, thus creating an impromptu deep fryer. At this stage, you need to prepare a deep bowl, covering its bottom and walls with paper towels.
- Add a pinch of starch to the meat and mix everything.
- Put the meat in the oil heated in a saucepan. Fry it to a beautiful brown crust.
- Put the meat in a prepared container with a napkin. Separate sticky pieces.
- Take the pan and pour some vegetable oil into it. Warm it up well. Add the previously created mixture of ginger, pepper and garlic to the warmed oil. Stir everything gradually.
- Add pepper and onion to the hot ingredients.
- Also pour 2 tsp. tomato paste. Mix everything.
- Next, add to the roasting composition 3 tbsp. l sugar and mix.
- Add 20-30 ml of soy sauce and 50 ml of warm water.
- Take the meat and heat it again in a saucepan.
- In a pan with vegetables, add 50 g canned pineapple.
- Pour 1 pinch of starch into a separate container, add 50 ml of water to it and mix everything.
- Pour the starch composition into the pan with the sauce to slightly thicken it.
- Put the meat warmed up in the saucepan in a container with a napkin, and from the napkin send the meat straight to the cooked sauce.
- Mix everything and turn off the hotplate.
- Before serving, pour cilantro into a dish and 20 ml of sesame oil. Mix everything.
- When serving, sprinkle with cilantro again.
