Step cooking
- Take a small container. Mix five tablespoons of soy sauce and two tablespoons of oil. The oil should be a mixture of sesame and olive.
- Rub on a fine grater three or four cloves of garlic and add to the oil and soy sauce. Then add two teaspoons of brown sugar and half a teaspoon of ground ginger. Shuffle.
- Thinly chop the chicken fillet, add the marinade to it and mix. Refrigerate for half an hour.
- Thinly chop 250 grams of champignons in plates.
- Thinly chop one bell pepper and cut one onion in half rings.
- Heat the oil on a wok. Then put chopped mushrooms there to allow moisture to evaporate.
- Stir occasionally over medium heat. When the mushrooms begin to acquire a brownish crust, time to add onions.
- Add 100 grams of bean sprouts there and fry for two minutes. In the last step, add the bell pepper and 100 grams of frozen green peas.
- Lightly sauté, stir, salt and pepper to taste. Boil Chinese noodles in advance by following its instructions. As a rule, it is enough to place the noodles in boiling water and keep them under the lid for four minutes.
- Take the pickled chicken fillet and place it on the wok. Sauté until cooked.
- Without shifting the fillet from the wok onto a plate, add ready-made vegetables and noodles to it. Shuffle. If desired, you can add a few tablespoons of soy sauce. Before serving, chop fresh green onions to decorate the dish. Enjoy your meal!
Ways to serve and decorate dishes
Chinese noodles can be a main course. You can decorate it, except for onions, with various herbs, such as dill, parsley, celery, cilantro, arugula, green basil, red basil.
Various lettuce (romance, radicchio, lettuce, iceberg, oaklif) can serve as an excellent decoration. You can also decorate noodles with watercress. It has a rather sharp burning taste, but passes quickly, leaving a pleasant aftertaste. Similarly, you can use a corn salad, which contains a large amount of folic acid, vitamins and trace elements.
It is very healthy and has excellent taste. Noodles go well with Lollo Rossa. It resembles lettuce in some ways. Its young green leaves are gathered in small heads of cabbage. Lollo-Ross leaves perfectly emphasize the taste of meat.
