Step cooking
Kish - This is a layered French tart with a base of dough. It is also called the Lorraine cake. Such a dish is prepared in several simple steps:
Cooking dough
- Sift 250 g of flour into a deep plate. This will clear it of lumps and saturate it with oxygen. Add 1 tsp to the flour. salt, 125 g of softened butter, 2 eggs and 1 yolk.
- From the resulting mixture of ingredients, knead the dough with your hands until it becomes elastic and smooth.
- We roll out the dough into a thin layer, put it in a round shape and make several punctures in it with a knife. We send the dough into the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Cooking fill
Combine 200 ml fat cream with 2 eggs. Add to the resulting mass a pinch of salt, pepper, nutmeg and turmeric. Mix all the ingredients well. Pouring ready!

- We cut 150 g of blue cheese into large cubes.
- 300 g broccoli steamed with hot water.
- Dice 2 cm thick and cut 500 g of salmon.
Final stage
- We put the oven to warm up to 180 g. We take out the dough from the refrigerator and put pieces of fish on it. We also send inflorescences of broccoli and blue cheese cubes there.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese. Pour the formed pie with cream filling. We send the quiche into the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- The dish is ready!
