Step cooking
- Pour 100 g of sugar into a deep container. Melt the butter, leave to cool for a while, and add to the sugar. Beat with a mixer at medium speed for 1-2 minutes.
- Next, add 2 eggs and again begin to beat. Without stopping to beat eggs with sugar and butter, pour 200 ml of milk into the container. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until smooth.
- Sift 300-350 g of wheat flour. Add to it 1 tsp. baking powder and mix thoroughly. Pour the sifted flour with baking powder to the rest of the ingredients, and with the help of a mixer knead the dough. By consistency, it should resemble thick sour cream.
- We put paper molds in a baking tray for cupcakes, and in each of them we spread 1 tbsp. l test.
- On top of the dough we spread 1 tsp. boiled condensed milk.
- Cover the condensed milk on top with another 1 tbsp. l dough and carefully level the surface.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We put the baking sheet in a preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes. Before serving, you can sprinkle a little powdered sugar. Enjoy your meal.
Useful Tips
- For the preparation of muffins, you can use various spices, for example, cinnamon, cardamom, almond flour, orange or lemon zest, which will give the dessert a special taste and aroma.
- If you want to get more tender pastries, you can add not the whole egg to the dough, but only the yolks.
- So that the cupcake does not stale for a long time, part of the flour can be replaced with starch or chopped nuts.
- Homemade muffins will be much tastier if you add candied fruits, prunes, raisins, dried apricots or other dried fruits.
- To prevent cupcakes from settling during baking, it is not recommended to open the oven.
- Ready-made muffins must be left in the oven until cool, otherwise they may settle due to the temperature difference.
