Ingredients
Product | amount |
dark chocolate | 100 g |
sugar | 150 g |
butter | 100 g |
egg | 3 pcs. |
wheat flour | 70 g |
Step cooking
- First you need to get 100 g of butter from the refrigerator, cut it into square pieces and let it warm at room temperature. Now we take a deep plate, put 100 g of dark dark chocolate in it and, stirring constantly, melt it in a water bath. If you are fond of sweeter fillings, you can use milk chocolate or chocolate with a lower cocoa content.
- After the tile has completely melted, add 150 g of sugar to it.
- Mix and remove from the water bath. We leave the mixture of chocolate and sugar to stand for about 15 minutes at room temperature.
- After the mixture has cooled slightly, add 100 g of softened butter to it and combine it with chocolate until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Next, take 3 chicken eggs, beat them a little with a whisk and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
- Sift 70 g of flour through a sieve and add it to the resulting chocolate mixture.
- We try to get a homogeneous dough without lumps.
- We put the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. We take out a baking sheet with recesses for cupcakes, put a paper mold in each of them and evenly distribute the finished dough over them. You can also use a silicone mold, then you will not need paper blanks.
- We send future cupcakes to the preheated oven for 7 minutes.
- In the end, you need to remove the cupcakes from the mold and let them cool down a bit. For decoration, you can sprinkle each cake with powdered sugar, put berries and a mint leaf on top.
