Step cooking
- We prepare all the ingredients. We mix three chicken eggs in a bowl with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Beat with a mixer until good foam.
- Add sour cream, whisk the mixture again.
- Sift the flour with baking powder. We combine the ingredients together and sift through a sieve.
- Add the sifted flour in a bowl with sour cream and other ingredients in portions. Make sure that there is a sufficient amount of flour. If you see that there is a lot of flour - do not add it anymore. The consistency of the mixture should look like thick sour cream.
- Mix the dough well with a spatula, add more flour if necessary.
- Beat the dough with a mixer. Add two tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix again with a spatula.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts. Pour one part into a separate bowl and add cocoa powder. Beat the mixture well with a mixer. As a result, we get two tests - white and dark.
- We take forms for cupcakes. Grease them with oil and sprinkle with flour.
- We lay out two dough in layers and gently form the top with a spoon.
- We put the dough in the oven and bake cupcakes at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- We get cupcakes and leave to cool for 5-10 minutes.
- When the cupcakes have cooled, we take them out of the form and put them on a plate. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Cupcakes are ready, and you can serve them to the table! Enjoy your meal!
