In the case of liquid kefir, the amount of flour added during kneading usually increases. Sometimes kefir is replaced with fat yogurt or sour cream.
- Add 60 ml of vegetable oil and mix well with a whisk again. Instead of vegetable oil, you can put melted butter in the same amount. Add the flour mixture in portions into the liquid composition, mix with a whisk. It should turn out the dough consistency of thick sour cream or like a biscuit. Do not immediately put all the dry part, so as not to make the dough thicker than necessary.
- Insert paper capsules under the cupcakes into the silicone (or metal) cupcake molds (12 pieces). Place the molds in the baking tray.
- Spread the dough into molds, laying in each mass up to about half the height of the mold.
