Step cooking
- Break four chicken eggs into the mixer bowl, mix with a spoon, then add 200 grams of granulated sugar, one teaspoon of vanilla extract to them.
- Turn on the mixer at medium speed and beat the mixture. Sugar should completely dissolve, and the mixture lighten and become somewhat airy.
- Now we switch the mixer to small revolutions, gradually add 150 ml of milk to the bowl, and after the milk we pour 150 ml of vegetable oil. All this is done when the mixer is switched on at a slow speed. Continue mixing until the mass becomes homogeneous.
- Now in a separate container we sift through a sieve 300 grams of wheat flour with one teaspoon of baking powder.
- Add the flour while the mixer is operating at a slow speed to the bowl gradually.
- Here you should not mix the ingredients for a long time: turn off the mixer as soon as the mass becomes homogeneous.
- We put one half of the resulting dough in a small container, and add 10 grams of cocoa and 15 ml of milk to the remaining remaining in the mixer bowl so that the dough does not thicken.
- Quickly mix the chocolate part with a mixer.
- Now we need to combine these two mixtures in one form. To do this, grease a round baking dish with a small amount of butter (2-3 g), sprinkle it slightly evenly with flour, and begin to form a cake.
- Pour chocolate first into the pan, then the vanilla mixture one at a time. Crawling along the surface of the pan to its edges, they will form a characteristic pattern that resembles the color of a zebra. We try to pour the mixture exactly in the center and in small quantities.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the pan with the cake for 20-25 minutes. The readiness of the product can be checked with a toothpick by sticking it inside the Zebra. If it is dry and clean, then the product is ready.
- We take it out of the oven, give 2-3 minutes to cool, then transfer it to a flat plate for complete cooling.
- The cooled cake is cut into portioned pieces, served with tea. The cake has a chocolate-vanilla delicate taste and aroma, suitable for tea, coffee, with milk and kefir.
