- In a deep bowl in which we will mix all the ingredients to create a dessert, pour 30 g of butter and put in the microwave for 15-20 seconds to melt it. Be sure to take high-quality, fresh oil, it affects the taste of the finished dessert.
- Pour 10 tsp into melted butter. sugar, one pinch of salt and mix.
- Add 50 ml of milk, mix with a spoon to get a homogeneous mass. It can only be from the refrigerator or room temperature, this is not important. Milk can be used both farm and store in any fat content. The main thing is that the milk is fresh and you like it. Sift 5 tablespoons of flour. Use wheat flour of the highest grade. Flour is sent to a bowl with liquid ingredients.
- Add 6 tsp. Cocoa, mix very well. It is very important to use quality cocoa powder from a trusted manufacturer. It is cocoa that has a great influence on the taste of the finished dish. The result is a uniform and relatively thick dough.
- Take a cup with a volume of about 200-250 ml and transfer the mixture to it. We align the top of the dough with a spoon so that after baking there is a beautiful, even tubercle.
- We send the mug with the dough to the microwave. We set the time to 2.5 minutes at the highest power. After that, the chocolate muffin will be completely ready. Sprinkle icing sugar on top, decorate with fresh berries. You can serve immediately in a mug or get a cupcake and put it on a flat dish.
The amount of ingredients in this recipe is calculated for a cup of 200-250 ml. If you have a cup of 150 ml, then you will need the following amounts of ingredients:
- Flour is enough 3 tablespoons.
- Milk will leave 30 ml.
