Step cooking
- We place 175 grams of butter in a small container, put in the microwave for 30 seconds, so that it becomes soft. We shift it into a separate medium-sized bowl, add 175 grams of sugar there, mix with a kitchen spatula until smooth.
- We add three chicken eggs to these ingredients, mix to a homogeneous consistency with a spatula first, and then beat with a blender until a lush mass of light color.
- 175 grams of wheat flour are sifted through a sieve into a separate bowl, having previously added one and a half teaspoons of baking powder to flour. Mix again with a blender at a slow speed.
- In the resulting mixture, add 150 grams of dark chocolate pieces, mix the mass with a whisk. We get a deep form for baking confectionery in a bread machine, grease the bottom with a small amount of vegetable oil, put all the dough with chocolate from a bowl. The surface of the dough is carefully leveled with a kitchen spatula, then put the form in the bread machine.
- We set the timer for 60 minutes, turn on the bread machine.
- At the end of time, open the bread machine, remove the cake pan, let it cool slightly, and then remove it from the pan and put it on a flat plate to cool.
- After the product has cooled, sprinkle its surface with powdered sugar. We need two tablespoons of this sprinkle. We cut a delicious aromatic product into portioned portions, serve it on the table, treat ourselves and relatives with tea. The cupcake is very fragrant, pieces of chocolate melted during baking and give the product a special original taste.
Useful Tips
- Such a cake can be baked in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees, spending about an hour. The baking time will depend on the size of the mold in which the product is prepared. If these are small cupcake tins, then the baking time should be reduced, and if the shape is large, increase until a brown crust appears.
