- Pre-wash 220 grams of medium-sized grape raisins and dry it on a paper towel. In a deep container, break 4 chicken eggs, cooled to room temperature. Beat them thoroughly with a whisk until a homogeneous consistency is formed.
- Sift 300 grams of white wheat flour into a separate deep bowl, add 5 grams of baking powder and 1 gram of table salt, mix with a whisk.
- In another container we combine 220 grams of softened butter, 210 grams of granulated sugar and 10 g of vanilla sugar. We stir with a blender so that a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
- In a bowl with sugar and butter, we begin to gradually add beaten eggs, stirring the mixture over and over again with a mixer. When these ingredients are combined and whipped, the sugar must completely dissolve. It is important to add eggs in portions, so we will achieve a more gentle and uniform mass, without lumps and frozen sugar crystals.
- Next, add wheat flour mixed with baking powder and salt, mix with a mixer until an airy creamy dough is formed. Pour dried raisins into the resulting mixture, mix again with a mixer.
Baking preparation
- We cover the special form for the cake with parchment paper. The resulting dough is evenly distributed in shape.
- With a kitchen spatula, we form an even line in the center of the container. We heat the oven to 160 degrees. We put in a preheated oven a form with a cupcake to an average level and leave to bake for 90 minutes.
Innings
- After the baking time has passed, remove the baked goods from the oven and leave to cool right in the form for 15 minutes. We take out the capital cupcake from the mold and leave it on the kitchen board until completely cooled.
- Sprinkle the cooled product on top with powdered sugar (10 g).
- Cut the capital cupcake into portioned pieces and serve.
