Kitchen appliances and utensils:
- deep capacity;
- mixer;
- baking dish (diameter about 20 cm);
- parchment paper for baking;
- oven.
Ingredients
Canned Cherry (pitted) | 300 g |
Wheat flour | 200 g |
Starch | 50 g |
Cocoa powder | 40 g |
Sugar | 130 g |
Vanilla sugar | 10 g |
Chicken eggs | 4 things. |
White yogurt without filler | 130 g |
Butter | 150 g |
Chocolate | 100 g |
Baking powder | 2 tsp (no slide) |
Soda | 0.5 tsp |
Salt | 1 g |
Chocolate or icing sugar | for decoration |
Step cooking
- In a deep container, carefully mix 200 g of flour, 40 g of cocoa powder, 50 g of starch, 2 tsp. (without slide) baking powder, 0.5 tsp. soda and 1 small pinch of salt.
- Add 130 g of ordinary and 10 g of vanilla sugar to the resulting mixture. Mix again. Then we add 150 g of pre-melted butter, 4 chicken eggs and 130 g of white natural yogurt to the container. If necessary, butter can be completely or partially replaced with vegetable oil (odorless). Yogurt can also be replaced with kefir or low-fat sour cream. Beat the entire contents of the container thoroughly with a mixer for 2 minutes.
- Grind chocolate (black, white or milk) in an amount of 100 g into small, small pieces (you do not need to rub it on a grater or melt it, because it should be just pieces). Shredded chocolate and 300 g canned cherries (pitted!) Are also added to the resulting mixture and mix everything carefully again (so that cherries and pieces of chocolate are evenly distributed in the dough). If you don’t have canned cherries, you can replace them with frozen ones, but in this case you will need to unfreeze them and carefully drain all the juice that is released before use.
- Cover the baking dish with parchment paper and transfer our cherry-chocolate mixture into it.
- We put the form in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 55 minutes. Please note that the baking time depends on the capacity of the oven and the material of the mold, and therefore may vary in each case. Check cupcake for readiness with a wooden skewer.
- The finished cupcake must be taken out of the oven and slightly cooled, and then cut into portioned portions and proceed to the meal. Enjoy your meal!
Decoration and serving options
On top of such a dessert can be decorated with any chocolate. To do this, a small amount (about 50 g) must be melted, placed in a special syringe for decorating cakes (you can also use an ordinary cellophane bag, making a small hole in its corner) and apply thin thin parallel lines or a cobweb to the cake. Instead of chocolate, powdered sugar can also be used for decoration. Serving this delicacy is recommended with whipped cream.
