Step cooking
- Break 4 eggs into a deep bowl. Add 1 cup sugar and ¼ tsp. vanilla sugar. Beat everything with a mixer or whisk.
- Add 1 cup of sour cream to the bowl and beat well again.
- In the resulting mixture pour 2 tbsp. l starch, 1.5 tsp baking powder and 2 cups sifted flour. Gently mix everything in a bowl, and then whisk with a mixer.
- We take out the mixer and check the consistency of the mass. It should drain smoothly from the whisk and be slightly shiny. If the dough turned out to be too liquid - add a little more flour and whisk again.
- Pour 2-3 tbsp into the finished dough. l chocolate drops. They can be replaced with any other filling to taste (raisins, chopped nuts, etc.). Mix the mixture well.
- We take out the cake pan and pour a little vegetable oil into it. Gently lubricate the bottom and walls of the mold with a silicone brush.
- We turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees. Pour the dough into a greased form, evenly distributing it inside.
- We send the filled form into the preheated oven and leave for 40-45 minutes. At the same time, it is worth checking the cake periodically for readiness. We take out the finished cupcake from the oven and leave it in shape for 10 minutes. This is done so that it cools down a little, and it is easier to get it.
- Put the cupcake on a flat dish. If desired, you can decorate it with sugar powder on top. It will also make it sweeter.
