Step cooking
- To get started, we take out 100 g of butter from the refrigerator and put it in a warm place. You can cut the butter into pieces so that it melts faster.
- We take 4 eggs and drive them into a deep container, where the dough will be kneaded. Mix them slightly with a whisk.
- Next, add a small pinch of salt to the eggs and continue whisking.
- To the mixed ingredients we introduce the already melted butter with a volume of 100 g. We mix everything well until smooth.
- Add 300 ml of condensed milk to the resulting mixture and continue whisking the ingredients with a whisk.
- Now 150 g of wheat flour must be sieved through a sieve and add 1 tsp. baking powder. The resulting dry mixture should be gradually introduced to the liquid ingredients.
- While doing this, continuously stir the mass with a whisk to avoid the formation of lumps. As a result, you should get a homogeneous dough, which in its consistency resembles thick sour cream.
- Add 50 g of chocolate drops to the resulting dough and mix well. If you do not like chocolate, you can use any other filling to your taste instead: dried apricots, raisins, berries or prunes.
- Now you need to take the baking dish and fill it with the finished dough. Please note that if you use a metal mold, it needs to be slightly greased with vegetable oil. You can also bake cupcakes both in separate round tins and in one whole.
- The form with the test must be sent to the oven for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Be guided by your oven and by the appearance of baking. Also, its readiness can be checked with a wooden stick, which should remain dry at the exit of the cake. After baking, the cake should be allowed to cool, and then removed from the mold. Ready-made pastries can be sprinkled with powdered sugar to give it an aesthetic appearance.
