Step cooking
- First, melt 100 g of butter. To do this, put it in a heat-resistant dish and send it to the microwave for 15-20 seconds. If you don’t have a microwave, then put a pot of water on the fire, put a container of butter on top or directly in the water, wait until it melts, and let cool a little.
- Drive two chicken eggs into a deep bowl, add one glass of sugar, mix until smooth.
- Add half a glass (125 ml) of milk, mix. Milk can be slightly warmed before use so that the sugar dissolves faster.
- Add the cooled butter.
- Two candies “Cow” are cut into small cubes and added to the mixture. You can make muffins without these sweets, but it is thanks to them that the finished baking will have a taste of condensed milk.
- Mix the mass, leave for a few minutes, let the sweets dissolve. Then mix again. We need to get a homogeneous mass without lumps.
- Sift 1.5 cups flour into a separate bowl, add 10 g of baking powder, mix. We send the flour into a liquid mass, mix all the ingredients until smooth. The amount of flour for everyone can go different, plus or minus two tablespoons of flour. Its amount depends on the moisture of the flour, the size of the eggs that you used.
- According to the consistency, the finished dough will be slightly thicker than on pancakes. Small lumps are allowed, it can be insoluble pieces of candy.
- We fill the cupcake baking dish with the mixture obtained by half. From this amount we got 12 cupcakes. Molds can be used silicone or metal. If you have silicone, just moisten them with water. Metal forms inside should be greased with vegetable oil and sprinkled with flour or semolina.
- We send in the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 20-25 minutes. Ready cupcakes will rise, become rosy. Let them cool a little, remove from the mold, put on a serving plate and serve.
There are many different options for decorating and filling such cupcakes. You can just sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
