- Add 260 g of sugar to the egg mass and beat until crystals dissolve for 4-5 minutes.
- In the resulting mass, pour kefir at room temperature, 6 tbsp. l sunflower oil, 0.5 tsp. vanilla extract.
- Sift through a sieve 260 g flour and 2 tsp. baking powder, then mix the combine first at low speed.
- Then we increase it until a homogeneous dense mass is obtained.
- Turn on the oven at 180 ° C and leave to warm. Pour 0.5 tbsp into the cupcake mold. l sunflower oil and a silicone brush lubricate the bottom and side surfaces.
- Pour the dough into a greased form, put on a baking sheet and send it to the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. After 15-20 minutes, without opening the oven, reduce the heat to 160 ° C and leave the cake to bake for 50-60 minutes.
- After 50-60 minutes, when the cupcake was checked for readiness, we take it out of the oven and gently hold it with a knife on the sides so that the baking leaves the surface. We take out the finished cupcake from the mold, put it on the dish and let it cool completely.
- When the baking is completely cool, sprinkle it on top through a sieve of 2 tbsp. l icing sugar, cut into portioned pieces, spread on a dessert plate and serve.
