Ingredients
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 150 g
- Yogurt (sour cream or kefir) - 180-200 ml
- Butter - 50 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Vanillin - 1 g
- Flour - 180-200 g
- Starch - 1 tbsp. l
- Nuts or dried fruits to taste
Step cooking
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, add sugar and beat for about 1 minute.
- Add yogurt, vanillin, starch, and mix.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour the melted cooled butter.
- Add baking powder, mix and pour flour.
- Stir until the consistency becomes homogeneous. Cut nuts or dried fruits, add to the dough and mix.
- Lubricate the form with butter, pour in the dough, smooth.
- We send to the oven to bake for about 35-40 minutes in a preheated oven. We don’t open the oven for the first 30 minutes.
