Ingredients

Step cooking
- Peel 1 kg of potatoes and cut into strips.
- Also cut into strips 2 onions.
- Wash pickled mushrooms (200 g) with water. Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan.
- Dip the chopped onion into the butter, lightly fry.
- We spread the pickled mushrooms to the onion, a little fry.

- Salt the dish to taste.

- Pour some seasoning for potatoes.
- Dried garlic will also be very handy - we also add it to taste. Mix well.
- We cover the pan with a lid and bring the potatoes to readiness for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Useful Tips
- In such a dish, you can add a little finely chopped garlic, carrots.
- Greens will not be superfluous - add dill and parsley for 5 minutes before the dish is ready. If desired, you can put rosemary.
- Potato with honey mushrooms will find a particularly delicate taste if you put it out with sour cream.
