You will need:
- boiled potatoes - 6-7 pieces;
- cooked sausage - 150 g;

Cooking

- sausage (ham) - 300 g;
- onions - 2 medium;
- tomato - 3 pieces;
- cheese - 150 g;
- egg - 3 pieces;
- sour cream - 150 ml;
- garlic - 3 prongs;
- greens (dill, parsley, green onions) - to taste;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Cooking
- Shred raw potatoes in a thin semicircle. Fold in bulk dishes.
- Cut the onion into rings or half rings, put on the potato. Salt, add pepper, spices, mix everything.
- Cut the sausage or ham into strips and save in sunflower oil with garlic. Add to potatoes and mix.
