Ingredients
- new potatoes - 1 kg
- garlic - 4 cloves
- dill - a bunch
- paprika - 1 tbsp. l
- ground coriander - 1 tsp.
- vegetable oil - 100 ml
- chili sauce - 1 tbsp. l
- salt to taste
- sour cream 20% - 2 tbsp. l
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l
- ground black pepper to taste
- mustard - 0.5 tsp.
Step cooking
- Rinse thoroughly with 1 kg of new potatoes. We cut it into 4 parts.
- We shift into the pan, fill with water, salt to taste and put on fire. As soon as the potatoes boil, cook it for 2 minutes and remove from heat.
- Finely chop a bunch of dill and transfer it to a deep container.
- Pass through the press 3 cloves of garlic and send it to the dill.
- There we add 1 tbsp. l paprika, 1 tbsp. l chili sauce and 1 tsp. ground coriander.
- Pour 100 ml of vegetable oil into the container and mix well.
- Allow the potatoes to cool slightly and mix it with the finished dressing.
- We send the vegetable to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake the dish in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 45 minutes.
- Mix in a small container of 0.5 tsp. mustard, 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. l sour cream, as well as a little dill and black pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly and serve the finished sauce along with baked potatoes.
Covered with a crispy golden crust on the outside and incredibly tender inside, Idaho potatoes can be either an independent dish or a great addition to any kind of meat or fish.
