Wheat flour 150 g
Refined sunflower oil 70-80 ml

Step cooking

  1. To clear 2 fishes from scales. It is right to do this with a sharp knife or a special device for cleaning fish under warm water, starting from the tail and moving to the head.
    We wash and clean the crucians.

    Fill the crucian with sauce and send to the oven.
  12. In a preheated oven to 160 degrees, send crucians for 15-20 minutes.
