Step cooking
- To clear 2 fishes from scales. It is right to do this with a sharp knife or a special device for cleaning fish under warm water, starting from the tail and moving to the head.
Did you know? An interesting life hack for quick and easy removal of scales: douse the carcass of the fish with boiling water on both sides. After this, the scales soften, and will easily move away from the skin even with your fingers. - Then it is necessary to clean all the insides with the gills and remove the black films from the inside. Also cut the fins and, if desired, the tail with scissors.
- Grate the carcasses with salt on both sides and inside, and set them aside.
- Cut 3 onions into half rings.
- Pour abundantly in a skillet of sunflower oil for frying, heat and send chopped onions there. Fry until golden brown. When the onion is ready, set it aside.
- Heat about 50 ml of vegetable oil in a deep skillet. Roll crucian carcasses in 150 grams of wheat flour and put in a preheated pan.
- Fry fish on both sides over high heat until cooked.
- Mix in a homogeneous mass of 300 grams of sour cream and 3 eggs.
- Finely chop the dill and add it to the egg-sour cream mixture.
- Pour about half a teaspoon of ground pepper and previously fried onions there, then mix everything thoroughly.
- Grease the baking dish with oil, put the carcasses into it and pour in the finished mixture.
- In a preheated oven to 160 degrees, send crucians for 15-20 minutes.
To diversify the ways of serving, you can put baked potatoes around the fish and offer a delicious sauce. A more casual option is to serve with buckwheat or mashed potatoes. You can also immediately chop it in portions or leave this right for each member of the family. Even on the festive table, the dish will look gorgeous and delight guests.
