- First, prepare the fish. Today we will cook from crucians. Take four large fish, by weight it is about 600 g. We clear the fish of scales, remove the head, cut the belly along and remove all the insides. Trim the tail and fins. We rinse with running water, remove excess moisture with paper towels. We remove large bones from the fish, leaving only the ridge. If you wish, you can cook any other fish of your choice according to the same principle.
- We clean a large or two medium onions, cut into half rings. We grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil and spread the onion half rings evenly.
- Then, on each carcass of a crucian, we make incisions along the line of growth of the ribs so that the small bones that remain are better baked. Rub the fish with pepper and salt and put in a baking sheet on top of the onion. If you wish, you can grate crucian carp with any spices of your choice. For example, seasoning for fish is perfect. It will be good if you grate the fish with seasonings, sprinkle with lemon juice and leave to marinate for an hour. Then the finished meat will turn out more juicy and aromatic.
- Peel 300 grams of small potatoes, wash, cut in half. If you use large tubers, then cut them into four parts. We add potatoes, mix and put in the form, in places free from crucian carp.
- Drive an egg into a bowl, add five tablespoons of mayonnaise, two tablespoons of cold water, and beat the sauce. Instead of mayonnaise, you can use sour cream of any fat content.
- We wash a bunch of greens. We recommend using assorted dill and parsley. Cut the greens finely and sprinkle it with fish in a baking sheet. Then, using a tablespoon, evenly pour mayonnaise sauce.
- We send to bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. The baking time will directly depend on your oven. Therefore, after half an hour you can check the dish for readiness. As soon as the crucians are browned, you can get them. Serve right in the pan while still hot. Such food will be appreciated not only by households, but also by guests. And the hostess will like to cook it because it is very fast, and the result is a very tasty dish.
