Ingredients
- White cabbage, young - 1 forks
- Chicken Egg - 3 pcs.
- Wheat flour - 2-3 tbsp. l
- Vegetable oil - 80-100 ml

Step cooking
- Halve a small head of young cabbage.
- Dissolve a half of cabbage slices 2-2.5 cm thick.
- Spread cabbage steaks on a work surface.
- Add each slice lightly and sprinkle with black ground pepper to taste.
- Gently flip each steak and repeat the operation with salt and pepper.
- Put on a slow fire a pan with 80-100 ml of vegetable oil.
- In a deep plate for the first dishes, beat 3 chicken eggs. With a whisk, mix the protein with the yolk until a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour 2-3 tbsp into the second plate. l sifted wheat flour.
- Roll each slice of cabbage in flour first. Dip each cabbage steak in a beaten egg in a flour. Place the prepared pieces of cabbage in the heated oil.
- Fry on very low heat for 3-4 minutes on each side, until each side of the cabbage steak acquires a beautiful golden crust.
- Put the finished steaks on a plate and send to the microwave for 2 minutes with maximum heating mode.
The dish is served hot and cold, as an independent dish and as a side dish for meat, poultry or fish. The table is abundantly served with herbs, fresh vegetables or vegetable salads. You can also add sour cream to cabbage steaks.
