Ingredients
- Cabbage - 700 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Onion - 2 pcs.
- Semolina - 4-5 tbsp. l
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Butter - 30 g

Step cooking
- Chop 700 g of cabbage finely.
- Boil water in a deep saucepan and throw shredded cabbage into it. In this form, it must be cooked for 7-10 minutes. until half ready.
- Next, discard the cabbage in a colander and let it cool.
- Finely chop 2 onions, and then send to the pan. Fry the onion in butter until golden and turn off the burner. Let the onions cool.
- In a separate deep container, pour cabbage, onions, 4 tbsp. l semolina, 1 tsp. salt, herbs and seasoning to taste, and beat 2 eggs.
- Mix everything well and let the mince stand for 10 minutes. - semolina should swell. If the meat is liquid, add more semolina.
- Form cutlets from minced meat and send them to a preheated pan with vegetable oil.
- As soon as one side is browned, turn over and fry the second over medium heat under a closed lid.
- Serve the finished patties to the table with sour cream or other sauces.
