Step cooking
- Prepare, weigh and measure the necessary amount of all the products necessary for cooking, remove the butter in advance from the refrigerator to soften. Combine softened butter and sugar in a deep bowl. Beat with a mixer until sugar dissolves a little.
- Add one chicken egg and continue to beat for another 2-3 minutes.
- Mix flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt, and sift everything to the oil mixture. Mix everything well with a spoon until a homogeneous mass without lumps is obtained.
- Pour milk into the resulting mass and mix thoroughly, gently, until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. The resulting test will be enough to bake 12 cupcakes in a form with a diameter of 5 - 6 cm.
- Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 °. Prepare cupcake baking tins. You can take metal or silicone molds, but it is also better to put paper forms in both. Fill each mold with dough for 2/3, so that there is room for raising.
- In the preheated oven, send to bake for 30 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a dry wooden toothpick or skewer, the dough should not stick.
- After the cupcakes are baked, remove them from the oven and leave to cool. To start cupcakes, you need to prepare the filling. To do this, mix fresh or thawed berries with sugar and place in a saucepan. Boil the berries over low heat, stirring occasionally until thickened, and then cool completely. You can also use any thick jam or jam.
- Using a knife in the cooled cupcakes, cut small pits and fill them with berry filling.
- For decoration, prepare an oil cream. Beat softened butter with a mixer until lightly fluffy and add condensed milk in small portions while continuing to whisk. The finished cream will keep its shape well.
- Fill the pastry bag with the nozzle with cream and put the cream cap on top of the cake. Garnish cupcakes with confectionery powder.
