Step cooking
- Sift 150 grams of wheat flour into a deep bowl through a sieve. Add a pinch of salt to the flour, 5 grams of baking powder, 15 grams of corn starch and 1 gram of vanillin. Mix all the loose ingredients except granulated sugar with a whisk.
- In a separate deep container we put 90 grams of very soft butter and add 100 grams of granulated sugar to it. Beat with a mixer at high speed.
- Add two chicken eggs to the butter and continue to beat until smooth.
- Then pour 60 grams of milk at room temperature and beat until smooth.
- In parts, we begin to add the dry ingredients that were mixed previously. After each part, beat the dough with a mixer at a low speed.
- When the dough has become a homogeneous consistency, take paper cupcakes and insert them into silicone. You can also use only silicone.
- Fill the molds with the dough to half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 189 degrees Celsius and send our pastries to it for 20 minutes.
- When the cupcakes are ready, remove them from the oven and let cool.
- Decorate with cream to your liking and serve.

You can decorate cupcakes in various ways. There are many different creams that can be easily and simply prepared at home.
- For example, make curd cream. The curd mass can be whipped with sour cream or butter. For curd cream, you must use powdered sugar, not sugar. Otherwise, the crystals will not have time to dissolve, and the taste will not be very pleasant.
- The cupcakes with blueberries are very tasty. To do this, we spread baking cream with the addition of purple, violet or blue food coloring. You can also use a pastry bag to give the cream a beautiful shape. Then lay on top a few blueberries.
- Chocolate lovers are advised to make a regular chocolate cream or ganache, and cover them with their dessert.
- Cupcakes are served fresh, slightly warm.
