Step cooking
- In a bowl of a mixer we put 100 grams of soft butter and 150 grams of granulated sugar. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
- Add one chicken egg and a pinch of salt to the bowl. Continue to beat until a homogeneous white mass is formed.
- Sift through a sieve into a bowl 180 grams of wheat flour and begin to knead the dough with a mixer at a low speed.
- In the process of mixing, we introduce 120 grams of room temperature milk into a dough in a thin stream.
- Mix the dough again.
- We put paper capsules in the iron cupcake baking dish. Thus, we do not have to use vegetable oil for lubrication, and in the end, baking will look more spectacular.
- We fill the pastry bag with the finished dough. Half-fill the capsules for cupcakes with dough, as it will rise during baking.
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius and send our cupcakes to bake for 20 minutes.
- Heat 50 grams of cream in a saucepan. It is important that they do not boil, but only heat up well.
- When the cream is heated, pour them into a deep large container, and put 50 grams of white chocolate in the same place.
- Then mix the chocolate with cream and send this mass for 10 minutes to cool in the refrigerator.
- When the mass has cooled, beat it with a mixer at high speed until a thick cream is formed.
- Carefully cut a notch in the center of each cupcake and fill it with cream. Cover with the dough that was cut earlier.
- We take the white mastic and roll it into a layer about two millimeters wide. Then cut out the circles with the help of a mold or a glass of the corresponding diameter with cupcakes.
- Again, heat 50 grams of cream in a saucepan and put in them 50 grams of black or milk chocolate. It will already depend on what you love more, or what was at hand. We mix the ingredients until the chocolate is completely dissolved, and remove from the stove. When the chocolate ganache cools down, we spread each cupcake on top of it. Thus, we not only close the unevenness after filling the baking cream, but also securely glue the mastic circle.
- We cover each cupcake with a circle of mastic and carefully adjust it to the size.
- Next, proceed to the decoration. We will need small pieces of colored mastic. You can choose any colors you like. Roll the mastic a little, cut out various figures and glue it on the cupcakes.
- Our baking is ready, you can serve it to the table, or put it in a box and present it to someone as a gift.
