Ingredients

Soy sauce | 3 tbsp. l |

Step cooking
- We begin to prepare the ingredients. To do this, all products are cleaned, washed and begin to cut. We clean and pour squid in boiling water. Then cut them into rings.
- Rub fine straws on a grater for Korean salads. Cut the onion into slices.
- We heat the pan and add oil to it, let the oil heat up. In hot oil, fry one teaspoon of hot pepper.
- Add the onions and fry everything together for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- When the onions begin to bubble, add the carrots. Turn off the heat and mix all the ingredients. So carrots get softer.
- Add dressing to the squid bowl, add sugar (1 teaspoon) there, salt a little and add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- There we add 2 teaspoons of vinegar, half a teaspoon of sesame oil and coriander. Add pepper to taste and mix well. Leave the salad to cool completely. When it cools, add chopped garlic.
- We mix the ingredients and try the salad on salt and spices. If something is missing - add the necessary spices. We leave the salad to infuse in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Can be served. Enjoy your meal!
Variations of serving and decorating dishes
On any holiday table, there must be a salad or even several salads of different types. Korean squid is a very interesting and special dish. Lovers of Korean carrots and seafood will definitely appreciate it. The salad itself looks spectacular, but if you serve it to the table, you can make the serving even more beautiful. For example:
- Cover the table with a beautiful tablecloth.
- Serve the salad in beautiful salad bowls. Place a serving napkin underneath.
- Garnish the salad with chopped herbs and a slice of lemon or lime. Add some dried herbs.
- Serve the salad to guests in plates, laying it in the middle, as is done in restaurants.
- Cut the carrots (in the form of a flower, butterflies, etc.) with special knives or shapes and decorate the salad with this “accessory”.
