Step cooking
- First you need to rinse the rice well and boil it until half cooked. It takes about 15 minutes.
- Wash and peel the mushrooms, cut into small pieces. Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Put the frying pan on the fire and pour a little vegetable oil.
- Pour the onion into a heated skillet and pass until golden brown.
- After that, put the mushrooms in a pan to the onion. Salt to taste and mix. Fry over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Do not forget to constantly stir with a spatula.
- We wash the squid carcasses under running water inside and out. If the squid has a ridge, then it must be removed.
- We take out the finished rice from the pan and pour it into a bowl. Finely chop the parsley with a knife. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Pour the fried mushrooms with onions to rice. Add parsley and cheese. All this is thoroughly mixed with a spoon. We add the filling and pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Using a spoon, we fill the filling in the squid carcass. In this case, do not need to fill too tightly. We leave the carcasses unfilled 1.5 cm from the top edge, and fix it with toothpicks.
- We spread the squid stuffed on the baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the squid pan in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- We take the prepared stuffed carcasses out of the oven, put them on plates and serve. Enjoy your meal!
