Step cooking
- Buckwheat groats (1 glass), if necessary, sort and rinse 2-3 times in water.
- It is also necessary to prepare cool boiling water. Pour buckwheat into the pan, add salt (0.5-1 tsp) to taste and pour boiling water (2 cups).
- Cover the pan, wrap it carefully with a warm towel or blanket and leave it for 2 hours. If you find it difficult to cook breakfast in the morning, you can use this recipe and leave the buckwheat wrapped in a towel for the night. In the morning you will need very little time to warm up the porridge.
- After two hours, unwind the pan, pour the right amount of porridge into a convenient dish, put butter (15 g) and honey to taste. The dish is ready, bon appetit.
