Step cooking
- Pour water in advance from the evening all night to one glass of red beans.
- In the morning, decant the beans, rinse again with cold water, place in a small pan, fill with water so that the beans are covered with water for two or three centimeters, put the pan on fire, cook for about an hour. Salt with one teaspoon of salt five minutes before it is ready.
- When the beans are boiled, decanted broth, do not put it anywhere, it may be needed in the future.
- We clear one large onion of husk, wash it under the tap, cut into half rings on a cutting board, remove to the side. We peel one large carrot, wash it under running water, grate Korean carrots, remove to the side. We peel two cloves of garlic, wash them under the tap, press the cloves with a knife on a cutting board, then chop a little.
- We put a frying pan on the fire, add two tablespoons of flavourless vegetable oil there, heat it up. Put the onion in the heated oil, fry a little, and then add the grated carrots to it, mix with a kitchen spatula.
- When the carrots become a little soft, add frozen tomatoes to the pan.
- We continue to stew vegetables with tomatoes, stir constantly, add half a teaspoon of salt. Then add two pinches of black pepper, half a teaspoon of sweet paprika. We thoroughly mix all the ingredients in the pan.
- Now it's time to add the finished beans to the pan. Add the beans, again we mix everything and pour into the pan a third of an incomplete glass of broth from the beans. We continue to mix the components, and then cover the pan with a lid, simmer the beans and vegetables for 12-15 minutes over low heat.
- 10 minutes after the pan is covered with a lid, open it and add frozen dill, close the lid, simmer another 2-3 minutes.
- Wash half a bunch of parsley greens under the tap, cut not very finely, place in the pan to the rest of the ingredients, cover, simmer the beans for another 15 minutes.
- After this time, we remove the fire, open the lid and see that the decoction of the beans is completely absorbed, it is practically absent, and we got a very tasty, satisfying dish with a side dish. We spread the beans and vegetables on a portioned plate and serve with meat, fish products, or use as an independent dish.
