Ingredients
green beans | 500 g |
butter | 20 g |
hard cheese | 150 g |
salt | taste |
pepper | taste |
Step cooking
- We wash green beans weighing 500 g and rid them of stems. Optionally, cut each pod in half.
- We send the plant to boiling salted water. As soon as the water boils, boil the beans for 1 minute and turn off the heat.
- Put 20 g of butter in a preheated pan and melt it.
- Using a slotted spoon, we transfer the finished beans to the pan, salt and pepper to taste.
- Fry the plant for about 1.5 minutes. This will be enough to absorb the taste of oil and remain crispy.
- We shift the finished green beans into a refractory form.
- Grate 150 g of cheese (mozzarella or suluguni is best for this) and sprinkle them with beans.
- We send the form to the microwave for 5 minutes. The dish is ready!
Tips from experienced housewives
Thanks to the above recommendations, you will learn how to cook tasty green beans, which will have the correct structure:
- After you send the plant to cook, you need to reduce the fire so that the water does not boil too much.
- It takes about 6 minutes to cook fresh green beans, not more. The overcooked plant will become faded, soft and gruel-like. However, keep in mind that older pods take longer to cook.
- In the process of boiling beans, you should not resort to the use of acidic liquids (vinegar, lemon juice or wine). They spoil the taste of the dish and make the plant faded.
